Structural Limited Warranty — Five (5) Years

Structural components of the ladder rack system are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase or installation.

Structural components include primary load-bearing assemblies, welded structures, and mounting systems when installed and operated within published load ratings and intended operating conditions.

Protective Finish Limited Warranty — Two (2) Years

The industrial powder coat finish is warranted against defects in coating materials or application, including peeling or loss of adhesion under normal commercial use for a period of two (2) years.

Powder coating is a corrosion-resistant protective finish. Cosmetic changes resulting from regular commercial use or environmental exposure do not constitute a defect.

Normal Commercial Use and Wear

Ladder rack systems are professional working equipment and cosmetic wear is expected. Scratches, abrasions, chips, fading, or finish wear caused by ladders, cargo, tie-downs, road debris, or daily commercial operation are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

Owner Responsibilities

Periodic cleaning to remove debris, salt, and contaminants. Prompt touch-up of damaged coating areas. Operation within published load ratings.

Warranty Remedy

If a covered condition is verified, our obligation is limited, at our sole discretion, to repair, refinish, or replace the defective component.

Warranty coverage applies to the product only and does not include labor, removal, reinstallation, transportation, loss of vehicle use, downtime, or incidental or consequential damages.

Exclusions

Overloading or loads exceeding rated capacity Unsecured or shifting cargo Vehicle accidents or collisions Unauthorized modification or alteration Improper installation not performed by an authorized installer Misuse, abuse, or unintended applications Corrosion originating from impact damage or exposed metal

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless approved in writing. Proof of purchase is required for warranty consideration.
